If you are using Excel 2008 as per your header, you will need to use XLM
macros. There is no longer any instructional material in general
circulation
about xlm macros. If you will forward to me off list, the instructions you
seem to have and a description of the raw data, and what you'd like to see
in Excel when it is im****ted, I will be happy to provide a quote.

Meanwhile, that window I think you are referring to is where you would
enter
a reference to the macro. But, until you generate the macro text, the
reference is meaningless.
