System freeze issue when maximizing a workbook window in Excel

by Pat McMillan <patmcmil@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > May 28, 2008 at 11:40 AM

Hi,

As many of you will have noticed, Apple released 10.5.3 today via Software
Update. According to the bug we re****ted in Apple's bug database about the
issue where the system freezes when maximizing a workbook window in Excel
(and some other scenarios), the problem no longer happens in their most
recent Leopard seeds. I read that as meaning that the problem should be
fixed in 10.5.3.

However, we had only s****adic repros of this in-house. So I'm really
interested to see if upgrading to 10.5.3 resolves this problem for those
who
were experiencing it. For those of you who were hitting this problem in
10.5.2, if you could let us know if 10.5.3 fixes things, I would really
appreciate it.

Thanks,

Pat
