Color surrounding cells difficult to read in Excel

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: intel

In Excel for Mac when I move to a cell, the color surrounding it is a very
light blue. It is very hard to see. Is there a way I can change it to
another color?
