click in first cells then scroll to end of data
Then hold ****ft key while clicking in last cell

you can also do this if you want to select all the cells that have 
information

Click in first cell then scroll down while holding down ****ft key to the 
last row with Data. Then scroll sideways until last column is selected. 
you now have all cells selected that have data

You can do a variation on the above. click in first cell at top left and 
mouse to bottom left of you worksheet (last cell that has data). then 
hold down ****ft and click in cell.
