How jump to the last row of text? What shortcut?

Version: 2004
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Power PC

In word it's command end.
But in Excel, that is taking me to hundreds of blank rows past the last
row of text. What should I do? Thanks
