Just to be clear, do we have TWO issues with no known fix?

Entourage / Outlook sync via Exchange Server (see my post above - we
happen to use MI8 as our Exchange SP)

and..

Blackberry RIM?

Obviously these are similar issues, but if we removed the Blackberry from
the equation we'd still have the same issue I assume....??

Thanks again for your expert advise. (I'm one of the renegade partners in
our firm that just converted from a PC to a MAC, so I need to keep this on
the "down low!")
