I've looked through every part of the Activity Monitor and My Day isn't
there.
This is really ridiculous (not your answers or attempts to help....
they're wonderful!). It's whatever is built into MyDay to try to force it
upon us.
Open the Activity Monitor in your Utilities folder. Look for My Day
and
Quit. You might have to force quit.
