Adding work weeks to the calendar view

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: intel
Email Client: Exchange

Is there a way that I can add Work Weeks to the calendar preview in the
bottom left hand corner of the screen. (or in the dashboard for that
matter?)
