When I'm filing messages from my Inbox list (or any other folder for that
matter) I drag the message to the folder tree on the left hand side.
Sometimes as I mouse over a folder it quickly expands to show the
sub-folders. Sometimes, it doesn't. I'd generally like to have to hover
over the sub-folder for 1/2 second or so before it "auto-expands" to show
the sub-folders. Is there a way to customize this? What is the pattern
that I'm not noticing, why does it sometimes expand, and other times not
expand?
