      It's your Identity. You can try rebuilding to see if that helps.





      1. In the Finder make a backup copy of your database for added
security.
      2. Open Entourage with option key down and select rebuild.





      It's possible the rebuild will fail if it's severely corrupted. Your
only
      choice would be to start with a new Identity. Unless you can open an
Identity
      you cannot salvage any data.

what do you mean salvage any data? i thought all the emails are from their
respective websites (hotmail, etc) i haven't used entourage for almost a
year so i really don't care about any data that is on there that i can
just get back again if i make a new account or something. is there a way
to just completely delete the old account and start a new one? do you
think that would help the problem?
