I'll run this past some advanced users and see what I can come up with.
Try these options:
Create a new Identity in Entourage and enter the two accounts. Do they
work
there. If yes, it's your Identity.
Open Apple Mail and enter the account. Do they work there?
Create a new User in System Preferences, open Entourage and enter the
accounts. Do they work in a new User?
I would have said to try different ****ts, but if manual works then auto
should work as well.
