Junk Mail

Version: 2004
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Power PC

When I move junk mail messages manually into the junk mail folder I still
receive messages from the same sender in my regular inbox. Apparently the
filter is not working. I'm not sure if it's not working at all or if it's
only not working on these repeat messages. I have selected High
Protection.
