My Day to do list vanished

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: intel
Email Client: Exchange

This morning, for some reason, my 'to do' list has disappeared! It still
appears on my laptop when linked to the same exchange - I've not changed
anything, added software etc... any clues for how I can get it back? I've
gone through the (brief) preferences and everything's ticked!
