Hi All,
I'm doing a mail merge from Word for Mac (12.1.0) The message is composed
in HTML and also contains images (.jpg) and text. The email data source is
from Excel (12.1.0). I make sure I have disabled the send & receive
function within Entourage, as this can create error messages, and can also
send Multiple sends. I'm sending 3000+ emails and none are duplicates.
Once the merge is done and all the messages are waiting to be sent (in
entourages out box). I can see there is the correct number waiting to be
sent, I then send them.
Now to the problem..... I send all messages, but some... only some...
clients say they get the same message up to 7 or 10 times! Why is this,
and can it be stopped?
