Hi everyone,
I'm really stuck here!!!
I've got Office 12.0.1 and OS 10.5.3.
Entourage was working fine and I especially loved the speed of Spotlight.
All
of a sudden though it is now gone.
I've tried everything I can think of.
I've done heaps of searches and confirmed the following:
- I do not have sync services checked
- I do have spotlight checked in the OS and in Entourage
- I do have files in ~/Library/Caches/Metadata/Microsoft/Entourage/2008
and
they are current. I can see new files in there for messages that only came
in
a few minutes ago.
- I have restarted, rebuilt the Entourage database, rebuilt the spotlight
database in Entourage Preferences
- I do not have any folders excluded in Spotlight
However, I just can't search!!!!
I type something into spotlight (in the OS and Entourage) and it finds
nothing.
Please, please, please offer me any advice. I'm running out of things to
try!
