I'm trying to follow the directions on this page to reset my Sync Services:

I've done steps 1-4. My question comes at Step 5. In my Application
Sup****t folder I have a folder called "SyncService">LastSync Data>. . . .
I also have another folder called "SyncServices" that contains 2 folders:
"Local"
" Local.Thu-2007-08-16-23-12-54"
Am I supposed to delete BOTH the "SyncService" AND the "SyncServices"
(with
the "s") folders? Are both of these folders supposed to be here?
