I do not know how to "download" your settings from the web page, as no link
comes up in your response. I'm glad you can see my picture, however.
The monitor is actually a Acer AL2216W. If I open the email on the primary
monitor (laptop LCD), it works correctly. I can drag that window to the
secondary monitor and it will remain legible.
The problem only occurs if I have the main "Mail" window open on the
secondary monitor, and then double click an email. Since there are no
window elements, I cannot scroll, drag, move, or resize the window--I can
only close it with a cmd-w.
And the desk is messy because I had to move some stuff around so I could
get both monitors in the picture at the same time. It's never really
clean, but it looks worse than usual in the shot.
