First, you should update to 12.1.0 now. The new version just came out and
really corrects a lot of issues.

Do you get your Exchange contacts ??
Are you sure you are indeed looking in the section for your Excahnge
accoutn and not the On My Computer folders?

Did you simply enter the address of the server in the settings or did you
copy the address of the OWA page and entered this instead (you should have
if you haven't - it usually works better).
