Entourage 2004 Print Font Too Big

I have two Entourage 2004 users with the same font issue. When they print
an
email message the font is HUGE. Changing the fonts in the preferences
seems
to have no effect at all. Even tra****ng the preferences doesn't seem to do
anything. Any ideas, anyone?
