In defense, they cannot answer every request that is sent, or not in what

might consider a timely manner.

This is the format flowed issue. "format=flowed" basically, is unwrapped
text without automatic line endings, something many other mail clients
have.

I asked users to send in their request for this option in this article:

I doubt this is something we would see as an update to 2008, but hopefully
in 2010.
