A sync issue developed with my iPhone, and when I visited Genius Bar at
Apple Store they fixed the sync problem, but in doing so, somehow altered
my contacts in Entourage so they were no longer categorized and all links
were wiped out.
How can I restore the former contact DB, including links? Can I use Time
Machine?. After reading about restoring the DB using Mac Office Utility it
sounds like it doesn't restore links, so doesn't sound viable.
Has anyone else lost links and can you offer me some good advice?
