Also under File in the Menu bar, Select New --> Folder. Notice that if no
folder is selected, subfolder will be grayed out.
You can drag folders, BTW. Just move those subfolder to the top of the
folder list and they become root folders. I like to keep my folders under
the Inbox so I can toggle those closed to make viewing other account
easier.
