Hi All,
I have been using Entourage on Leopard for about 4 months now and have
been extremely impressed. However sometime today, Entourage simply stopped
retrieving my work Exchange email. I am still able to send emails both
internal (company) and external, but have not received an email in about 8
hours.
When I hit the 'Send/Receive' button everything seems to function normally
and there are no errors. However there is no new email either.
I can use Safari/Firefox and retrieve my email via OWA from my MacBook and
all the mail is current, but for some reason, Entourage is not receiving
any new email (which is strange since it's also OWA).
I have tried cleaning out all new email (since Entourage stopped
retrieving), thinking that there could be a currupt email.
I have tried retrieving on multiple networks so I can eliminate a Network
issue (plus I have been able to get email on Safari/Firefox via OWA).
