I have multiple folders under INBOX that sync's with my exchange. I have
rules set up for certain addressed to automatically go to my subfolders.
A week ago, all but one folder sync's correctly - my INBOX. I am stumped,
and so is my IT guy. Here are the steps that we have taken.
1. empty cache - this resynced all messages in INBOX but new messages did
not get brought into INBOX (all others worked fine).
2. rebuilt database - same problem.
3. uninstalled and reinstalled Entourage (but kept original identity) -
same problem.
4. created a new identity that syncs with my exchange - same problem.
Everything works fine, except this one folder. Ideas?
