Re: Problem with Entourage 2004 - Entourage constantly crashes

Hii have a macbook running os x and i have entourage installed and it
started with the issue of cra****ng upon opening but that has changed now
it opens and now i get an error that says could not chnage to that
identity (unknown error -5000 ) then i press okay and get a popo up window
asking me to select my idnetity i choose main and it gives the same error
it will not let me rename make a new one or delete the one that is there
any ideas? i have installed this program and uninstalled and reinstalled
and i have even formated my hd and reinstalled my os
and this still comes up
