Hi Henry!
Try resetting your sync database. This will put your Mac in a state as
if it had never synced information between Entourage, Address Book, iCal
and your iPhone. You can do this through your iSync application found in
your Applications folder.
First, open Entourage and go into Entourage menu --> Preferences -->
Sync Services. Disable all syncing. Then open iSync and select iSync -->
Preferences. Click the Reset Sync History... button. Return to Entourage
and re-enable Sync Services. You'll be able to instruct Entourage to
Merge or replace information.
Hope this helps!
