No offence Rebecca but this seems to be a widespread problem and has
appeared 
to go on for many people for a long time. Surely it would of been better 
practice for microsoft to work around the problem, instead of confuse alot
of 
mac users that would have no idea at all what you're going on about?

MSN isn't that im****tant for me, I was trying to set it up for my parents 
but im not going through the hassle of installing a perfectly good OS just
to 
get something which should work  already, working
