Hi!
Do you know whether the users you are talking to are using Windows Live
Messenger or Mac Messenger? There are some behaviors we are currently
investigating involving display pictures and Windows Live clients.
If your contacts are using Mac Messenger as well, please let me know so I
can look into potential causes.
