Hi Angeline, the easiest way is to do the following:
I am giving you the instructions for Messenger 7, but if you are using
Messenger 6.x you'll need to go into the Microsoft folder inside
preferences
to locate the files.
Go to your /Users/username/Library/Preferences and delete the following
file:
com.microsoft.Messenger.plist
This will bring up the Setup Assistant on the next launch so you can now
setup the Cor****ate Service instead of personal.
