Unfortunately, Messenger only sup****ts video for Cor****ate messaging, not
Windows Live (personal) messaging. Work on the video for the Windows Live
(personal) service is still under development.

You can use iChat with a free AOL Instant Messenger (AIM) account
<http://www.aim.com/>.
You can then video chat with users on .Mac or AIM
using iChat.
I believe that Yahoo! Messenger sup****ts video chat. Another option is
Skype <http://www.skype.com/>.
