Mac Messenger does not sup****t offline messaging, unfortunately. Use the
Send Feedback menu in Messenger's Help menu to request that feature.

On Messenger 7.0 for Mac, this is not possible, the message is instantly
not delivered, is there a way around this? I would have hoped this would
be a feature available in the latest version but doesn't appear to be the
case.
