Hi!
If you can't see any of your contacts' display pictures whatsoever, it may
be that the option is disabled in your Preferences. To check this, use the
following steps:
1. Log in to Mac Messenger.
2. Go to the Messenger menu > Preferences > Appearance tab (this is the
default tab).
3. In the "Display Picture" section, make sure "Show display pictures
inside
conversations" and "Show large display pictures from others in a drawer"
are
checked.
