Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

I`ve recently downloaded the mac version of messenger and unfortunately
some of my messages aren't delivered to my contacts... The message simply
isn't delivered. The same occurs sometimes when someone try to send me a
messge. In that case I don't receive the message right away, but when I
connect on messenger using my work notebook that is windows with the
windows version of messenger then I receive the messages that I haven't
received using the Mac version.
Very strange, but where can I get help about this?
