I too am having this problem after moving to a Vista x64 system. I have
tried disabling then re-enabling the checkbox in Tools, Options, General,
and
completely re-installing the software, but all to no avail.
I think it may be some kind of security issue, preventing download of the
images, but I do not know where to start looking.
I have given Microsoft some feedback on our plight. Maybe they will get
back to me with a solution... (?) If they do, I will post it here.
