I have exactly the same problem! On two separate Macs. I also tried to
delete all settings etc. - nothing helps. Must be some network issue at
the server.
Only difference: I always can initiate a chat, but none of my contacts can
initiate a chat with me. Also when I don't answer right away, after a
couple of minutes, the connection's "lost". So even if I initiate a chat,
after some minutes of inactivity my friends cannot send me messages any
longer.
Hope it get fixed soon, as it lasts since Thursday of last week now.
