You can't. Microsoft Messenger for Mac does not currently sup****t
audio/video chat. This feature is planned for a future version, but nobody
knows when that one will be released. In the mean time, search this group
for similar threads and you will find a bunch of alternatives to Mac
Messenger which do sup****t A/V calls.
