Why would you want to allow worldwide access to your own personal
clipboard?
It sounds very dodgy to me, but I don't use a PC ;-)

You could try a tem****ary solution, such as using Mozilla Firefox web
browser with some security extensions, such as "NoScript", to try and
prevent hijacking in future.
Let us know if copy & paste works in that application.
