First off, which operating system are you using? You posted your issue on
a
newsgroup dealing with Internet Explorer for the Macintosh. This is not a
Windows newsgroup.
If you are using a Macintosh, are you using Mac Classic (OS 9 or older) or
Mac OS X? Your copy-n-paste issue might be easily fixed on Mac OS X by
repairing disk permissions. I'm not sure what a Mac Classic OS fix would
be
since I've not had to search for one.
I wish I could be of more help but without knowing what OS you're using, I
cannot even begin to suggest where you could look for an answer. My final
bit of advice would be to say, "Google is your friend."
