I ALSO HAD THE PROBLEM WHEN APPLYING FOR A TSA JOB. HOWEVER, I SWITCHED TO 
FIREFOX ON MY MAC 10.5.1, (WITH A BROKEN ****FT KEY) AND IT WORKED!
