FTP over SSL for IE

It doesn't appear that IE sup****ts FTP over SSL. Am I missing something? Or

is there a 3rd party plug-in that I can install to allow FTPS in IE? My
goal 
is to avoid installing a 3rd party app on a client machine to do FTPS. Any

help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
