Cocoon errors with IE 6.0

Is this a known issue with IE6.0? If so, is there a patch or workaround

at  (resource://org/apache/cocoon/forms/flow/javascript/Form.js, Line
144):
java.lang.IllegalStateException: SubmitWidget can only be set once.
