First of all, be aware that Internet Explorer for Mac was discontinued
many
years ago and you will find it has compatability issues with many modern
web
sites. Consider using Safari, FireFox, or some other web browser that is
currently in development.

Explorer (menu) > Preferences > Web Browser > Browser Display > Home Page
