Hey, I have recently done a pc recovery, and re-installed windows xp home
edition. After doing all the updates and installing the new internet
explorer
7, my web pages seem sluggish, when scrolling down a page it jumps as if
still loading the page. I have tried uninstalling and re-instally, and
still
i get the same problem.
