I am running windows  me. everytime i try to attach files i get a message 
that  says"!explore has caused an error in <unknown> !explore will now
close. 
also I can't seem to reinstall ie6. I get the missing componants message. 
I've tried everything. nothing works! PLEASE HELP!!
