Ex****t contact group NOT in address book (OE6)

I am trying to help a friend ex****t addresses, which were put in groups but

NOT in the address book.  There are ~150 emails, separated into 6 groups. 

Ex****t was able to find the individuals not in the groups, but since the 
groups were made without adding their names into the address book, ex****t 
can't see them.  Is there a way to ex****t them?  (I know about emailing
them 
in the text of an email, but he doesn't want to use OE6 anymore to 
send/receive but im****t them into a new webmail account.)
