You normally access these files via the email application, Outlook Express
keeps these files apart, and displays them by bringing them back together
(sort of).
An easy way to do this is to create a new identity, just for looking at
the
backups (called something like "Backup 2007"?).
You may have better luck in a non-Mac newsgroup (hence the name of this
one).
Such as;
<microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress>
