Please can anybody explain (in simple language) why my emails wont download
automatically and I am now being asked for my User Name and Password
despite
the fact that the 'Remember my credentials' box is ticked.
I have been through every variation of 'User Name and Password' but it
wont
accept them. Please can you help?
