I was able to retrieve all those messages. I used a piece of software
recommended by a microsoft sup****t person at this discussion group. The
website is oehelp.com and the program is DBXtract. It worked well for me,
except that the retrieval process was slow. The same company has another
program called DBXpress that is much faster. I bought it and got all my
customer's files.
