I have been using OE 6.0 on XP Pro w/ SP2 for a while no and problems until
a
couple of weeks ago.
I am able to open OE 6.0 but all of my contacts are gone and while the
email
continues to download, I am unable to open any and all email. I receive
an
error message telling me that the Address folder can not load and that OE
must be reinstalled.
I have gone into Add/Delete and uninstalled OE 6.0 and then rebooted.
Then
I have reinstalled this Windows component, rebooted and then when I open
OE
6, the same error messages occur.
I then tried a system restore to a date previous to when the problem
began.
While the system does restore to the earlier date, when opening OE 6, the
error message still remains.
I am at a loss for why this happened and more im****tantly, I can fix the
problem. Can anyone please assist?
