Why Do I Keep Getting This? "There Was A Problem Switching Folders

by =?Utf-8?B?bmF0d2hpdA==?= <natwhit@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Oct 13, 2007 at 01:27 AM

When I try to open Outlook Express, a box pops up and says, "There was a
problem switching folders, possibly because the folder was busy. Please
wait
a moment and try again."

When I close that box & click on any of my folders, The list of emails
and
their subjects appear in the top frame on the right. But the lower frame
where the body should be is blank. When I try to open the email, another
box
pops up and says,"One or more parts of this message could not be
displayed."
 When I close that box, another pops up and says,"There was an error
opening
this message. There is not enough memory."
